Remote areas may take 3–5 days. Urgent same-day delivery within Nairobi is available for an additional charge. All delivery timelines are confirmed at the time of your order.

Contractors, developers, and architects who register as trade account holders receive tiered discounts based on monthly volume, priority stock allocation, extended payment terms, and a dedicated account manager. Absolutely. We offer full colour fan decks that you can pick up at our Nairobi showroom (free of charge) or request to be couriered to you. We also supply 1-litre tester pots at standard price so you can see colours in your actual lighting conditions before ordering. Just WhatsApp us with your colour interests and we'll advise.

We do both. Classic Decor Limited is both a paint manufacturer and a professional painting services company. Our trained crews handle everything from surface preparation and priming to final coats, for residential, commercial, hospitality, and institutional clients. Yes. We have in-house colour matching and tinting capabilities. Bring us a paint chip, a fabric swatch, a tile sample, or simply the hex/RAL code and our team will mix a match. Colour matching is available for all our emulsion product lines. There is no additional charge for custom tinting on orders of 4 litres or more.

All Classic Decor products are manufactured to ISO quality standards and carry a manufacturer's guarantee. Our Weathershield Exterior Emulsion carries a 5-year colour retention and adhesion guarantee when applied per specification. Interior emulsions are guaranteed for 3 years. For painting service projects we guarantee workmanship for 12 months from completion date. Full warranty terms are available on request.

For product-only orders, we can typically provide pricing within 30 minutes via WhatsApp or phone during business hours. For painting service quotes, we may need to conduct a brief site visit or review photos you share with us. In most cases, a written quotation is ready within 2–4 business hours of receiving your enquiry. Urgent quotes are available — just let us know.
